Many students have difficulty understanding newspaper headlines. This is because newspaper headlines are often incomplete. For example:

Newspaper headline is never meant to convey the full meaning; they intentionally omitted words to tempt readers to follow. If reading the headline says all, the incentive to read the full-text diminishes…
