ya it is mandatory to take driver education course to have a learners permit.i had written a test which provided by DMV. every one should have driver education course for making there driving perfect and aware of traffic rules to avoid accidents. nice article Kenneth beare

In U.S. all the states are asking for DMV or DDS approved courses to get the license. Specially in Georgia one has to take the 30 hour DDS court approved course to get their learners permit.
