Trying to Break A Habit?

Speaking about habits can be as simple as using adverbs of frequency: Tom usually works out on Saturdays. However, when it comes to good and bad habits there is generally a process involved in acquiring or getting rid of the habit. These speaking about habits phrases are used to discuss the process.

Thanks a ton! In fact! mostly, i find some difficult to distinguish between what is habit for me, and what is not! Therefore, i express some habits by using other English tenses such as “Past & Future Tenses”.
