Teach English Abroad

Saturday April 21, 2007
The summer is just around the corner, and you've just finished college. Would you like to take a year off and teach English abroad? If so, Online TEFL Course provides an excellent opportunity to get a certificate online. I've had a chance to review the course and can highly recommend it. The i-to-i Online TEFL Coursedelivers the basics teachers of EFL or ESL need to know. It's ideal for those who have not studied education, but want to teach English abroad. For more details, check out the review.

After having read the review, I am really pleased that this course is widely accredited. I have recently completed the i-to-i online course and have secured a summer camp placement in China with the same company. I also have a few potential jobs in the pipeline for a start in September through the contacts recommended by onlinetefl.com. I can’t wait to get out to China and put all my skills into practice. I go on the 12th July, so much to do and so little time.

Hey, I have my teacher profile up on www.teacherjames.com

They let you teach students online using VIDEO and they take care of everything from payment to automatic recording of the session to teacher ratings, etc.

I’ve taught two students and I didn’t even leave my house in LA.

Check them out. It’s pretty cool.

Good overview, keep in mind no certificates are needed in Japan or Taiwan. Although the job choices are greater having a cert., the times are a changing in the ESL world. Cheers, Steve.
