Definition: a crazy person; a very eccentric person

Explanation: Used when speaking about a person who is considered incomprehensible by other people. Often used when speaking about a person who is not usually considered crazy, but who the speaker personally feels is incorrect in his / her opinions.

Examples: Don't listen to what he says, he's just a crackpot. - I'm tired of all the crackpots getting all the attention.
