Definition: someone who doesn`t understand something trying to explain it to others; someone who doesn't understand telling those who also don't understand what to do

Explanation: Used when saying that a person should not be in charge, often used ironically

Examples: I'm afraid you need to ask someone else, I'm the blind leading the blind. - His management was the blind leading the blind.
