The pasta has a tomato based scampi sauce over a bed of linguine noodles. There are glasses of red wine from a flask bottle typical of the Chianti region. The pasta is accompanied by a salad of mushrooms and artichokes in olive oil. There is a shaker of Parmesan cheese for those who like some extra cheese on top.
