Building Your Phrasal Verb Vocabulary - 2

This series of exercises helps you build your basic phrasal verb vocabulary. Click on the audio symbol to listen to example sentences using the phrasal verbs in the column on the right read in sequence, each sentence will be read twice. Next, based on the listening you have done, find the definition for the phrasal verbs in the column on the left and click on the arrow to see you if you are correct.

Once you have matched up all the definitions with the phrasal verbs, go to the next exercise with practice sentences using the phrasal verbs you have learned to complete the sentences. Each phrasal verb is used once. Pay attention to various conjugations, click on the arrow to check your answers.
